Am I the only one who is frightened by the amount of underage girls asking questions about pregnancy?

Q. I was going through the open questions, and the amount of panicked young girls asking pregnancy questions truly made me depressed. It also makes me question whether sex education should be taught at a younger age, and more thoroughly.

A. You definatley are not the only one! I am on here a few times a week going thru questions and I cant believe not only how many young girls are on here asking questions but how nieve they all are and how many are trying to get pregnant! I think sex education needs to be more intense, taught earlier, and I also think birth control needs to be made more available to these girls, what we are doing is obviously not working and its depresses me too

TEENS: What questions are you tired of hearing in this section?
Q. I am so tired of seeing the pregnancy questions, birth control, boring random surveys, and pervy troll questions asked by 12 year olds who aren't even old enough to be on here.

A. "I weigh 102 pounds, am I fat?"
"Am I pretty?"
"Does he like me?"
"What does this person's completely random action MEAN?"
"I have a problem! Read my boring-as-hell 1000-word essay about it and help me!"
"Why are there so many pregnancy questions?"
"Girls, how tall are you and what is your shoe size? I am 4'9, do you think I am short?"
"Here's my rant about "kids these days", even though I'm 12 years old! But I'm way different from everyone else because I don't like Justin Bieber!"

Who is getting tired of pregnancy questions?
Q. I have seen millions of pregnancy questions and they are common sense questions. Like, I haven't started my cycle...am I pregnant? I mean, shouldn't this be a personal question and not one for the entire world to answer...maybe a question for a Doctor or a pregnancy test. Or how about the question asked; I had intercourse on this day and now it is this day but I didn't use protection...what is this.... How do we know...Honest opinions only please!

A. You are definitely brave posting this question under this category...I give you that....but consider this:

Education on reproduction typically describes the process of a new human being coming into existence in stages including conception, the development of the embryo and fetus, and the birth of the new baby. It often includes topics such as sexually transmitted diseases (STD) and how to avoid them, as well as methods of contraception.

Although some sort of sex education is part of many schools' curriculum, it remains a controversial topic in several countries as to how much and at which age schoolchildren should be taught about contraception or safer sex, and whether moral education should be included or excluded.

Being a teenage mother may be difficult, but can be successful. They need to be lead into the right direction and this is our duty and challenge as adults to help them fully understand what they are getting into. They have no place else to turn but the Internet and depend on others opinions.

What's up with all the pregnancy questions?
Q. I do not mean to be rude by my question; however, it seems to me that there have been quite a few questions regarding potential pregnancy. The questions always appear to be variations of the same question: Could I be pregnant if such and such? Is it just a coincidence? Has this always gone on and I never noticed and/or has it been a "fad" in my long absence?

A. So much so that someone this morning predicted a surge of pg questions because it's Friday.

Welcome back. Guess I joined while you were away. That'll l'arn ya. LOL

I suggest we get together on this and all pg questions we answer, ASAP to get them off the list, with a simple CALL YOUR DOCTOR.
