What are the pregnancy symptoms before pregnancy occur?

Q. I am TTC and would like to know what the the earliest pregnancy symptoms before taking a pregnancy test. Can you get any symptoms within days?

A. The earliest pregnancy symptom will likely be a missed period. Sometimes, there can be soreness of the breasts, fatigue, nausea, frequent urination, etc. Personally, I didn't experience anything other than a missed period for a week before I found out I was pregnant.

How early can you start having pregnancy symptoms?
Q. I just need to know whats the earliest you can have pregnancy symptoms or feeling something going on in your body? I know its different for everyone but i need to know average. Ive heard two weeks but ive also heard you can get little things like cramps and lower back pains from your uterus getting prepared to carry a baby about the first week of conception........ and what were your symptoms?

A. While the general consensus is only from the fifth or sixth week of conception, how early can you get pregnancy symptom is a query many pregnant women answer on their own. Many of them say they feel symptoms within the first two weeks after conception after which they confirm their suspicions through a pregnancy test.

A universal indicator of how early can you get pregnant symptom are sore breasts. Breasts may begin to be sore and tender to the touch even before the time of the period, so you can rely on this sign to tell you whether or not you may be pregnant.

Headaches and feeling sickly are two other signs of how early can you get pregnancy symptom. Headaches are frequent in early pregnancy but are rarely serious. If you get an occasional headache, you could ask your physician about taking the medicine acetaminophen when the head begins to hurt. You can feel sickly throughout the day with nausea and an extreme tiredness in your bones. All you want to do then is go on a liquid diet and stay in bed all day (and night).

The feeling that you are sore all over may persist right from the beginning of your having conceived. Medical evidence announces that it isn't possible until after a missed period in order for the hormones to build up and cause the symptoms. However, from the personal experiences of many pregnant women, they begin to sense that they are pregnant with the sixth instinct that hints there is another being inside them now. Sometimes it makes sense to trust your own instincts and your bodies' signs and take it from there.

You are pregnant when your stomach hurts, your breast feel sore and you experience nausea, some movements in the stomach tell you there is something there, and you feel the aches and strains of your body sooner than usual. Meaning, these are the body's wake-up call to announce your pregnancy without a doctor having confirmed it.
Pregnancy symptoms can vary in their intensity, frequency and duration. How early can you get pregnant symptoms is only a guideline.

Why you may be confused is because many of the earliest pregnancy symptoms can appear similar to routine pre-menstrual discomforts. Suppose, you are not trying to conceive, you might think it is just your period coming on again, when in reality you may be experiencing very early signs of pregnancy.

At the same time, if you are trying to conceive, you may be frustrated when you think you may be experiencing early symptoms of pregnancy but in reality experiencing only pre-menstrual symptoms. It is sometimes that hard to tell the difference between early pregnancy symptoms and the indications that you may be menstruating soon.

How early can you get pregnancy symptoms may also include a wide variety of physical and emotional changes. These may include any or all of the pregnancy symptoms listed above. Although each of these are considered typical early symptoms of pregnancy, they may happen earlier or later than the order in which they are usually put forth. By paying careful attention to these, you can detect how early can you get pregnancy symptoms.

Can a girl get pregnancy symptoms from being too paranoid about being pregnant?
Q. Me and my girlfriend had sex two weeks ago and she is getting pregnancy symptoms but she is really paranoid and only gets them when she thinks about being pregnant. Is she just paranoid about loosing her future in college cause were only 18??
We used a condom and she takes Birth Control the proper way.

A. It's easy to imagine that you are having pregnancy symptoms when you are worrying about it yes,you used two methods of birth control so the chances of her actually being pregnant are absolutely tiny but if she thinks about it enough she will imagine symptoms,i think she is definitely over thinking this.

How soon did you get pregnancy symptoms and what were they?
Q. When is the earliest time you can experience pregnancy symptoms? I'm not due to have my period until June 18th but already my chest is sore, im tired and peeing more. My last period was May 19th- help?

A. A big sign is missing your period. Other possible causes of missing your period are travel, fatigue, stress, illness, extreme weight gain or loss, going off the pill and breastfeeding.

Morning sickness is also another biggie. It usually occurs 2-8 weeks after conception. I started feeling slight waves of nausea around the time my period was due, obvioously it didn't arrive because I'm 13 weeks pregnant! Other possible causes of nausea are food poisioning, emotional stress and a variety of illnesses.

Frequent urination is another sign some women have. It usually rears its ugly head as early as 2-3 weeks after conception. Other possible causes are urinary tract infection, stress or diabetes.

Tingling, tender and swollen breasts is a very common pregnancy symptom. It can occur as early as a few days after conception, I know that was the case for my two pregnancies! Other possible causes are birth control pills and impending menstruation.

Another sign is darkening of the aerola (area around the nipple) and elevation of the tiny glands around the nipple. This usually happens later in the first trimester, although I noticed it around the same time I got a positive pregnancy test, when my period was due. Other possible causes of this are hormonal imbalances or the effect of a prior pregnancy.

A big sign for me was blue and pink lines under skin and later on abdomen. For me, I found that my breasts were the first to look like a road map with blue veins, about 5 days after conception. After that my thighs, hands and feet started to show veins as well. Later on, purple veins appeared under my armpits, on my eyelids and on my cheeks - I have very light skin. This usually occurs later on in the first trimester. Other possible causes are hormone imbalance or the effect of a prior pregnancy.

Food cravings can drive pregnant women insane! They usually appear in the first trimester. Other possible causes include poor diet, stress and impending menstruation.

A big sign for me, was tiredness. I used to almost be an insomniac, and about a week and a half after conception, I struggled to keep my eyes open past 8.00pm.

I also started to have 'grumpy pregnant lady' mood swings!

I'm going to include the link to a trying to conceive forum that I think you might find useful. It's full of supportive women with boundless knowledge about these issues. I learnt so much there that I doubt I would have learnt otherwise.
