Q. I am curious about people experiences with pregnancy and some of the changes or pain n what not you had that you didn't that pregnancy books failed to mention?
A. How much your hormones control you and make you a pregnancy monster....lol

Also..they say you crave food...but hell girl...I cudda eat 24/7 when i was preggers...I was so hungry all the time..
They forget to mention that labour is INNSANELY BAD...honestly...2 natrual birth and one epidural birth and trust me...ive felt it all
My down below area felt like someone had lite it on fire when my babys head was coming out
Also, everyone thinks you gotta push like mad to get your baby out...in factt you dont....your body will naturally push your baby out with the contractions...I did iit..and it was amazing

What pregnancy books do you recommend?
Q. I would like to get 2 pregnancy books..one for me and one for my husband. I would like a more technical and informative book for myself, and I want his to have some humor, but also have some information as well.

A. there's one called The Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy.. it's lightly humorous, so it's an easy read.. and of course, What to Expect is the Pregnancy BIBLE!
How far along were you when you bought a pregnancy book?
Q. I am about 6 weeks and want to get a pregnancy book. I am so excited about the pregnancy and want to read up as much as possible. Is it too early?
A. I bought mine when i was 5 weeks and a few more a week after that..if your going to worry about miscarrying then that will just add unwanted stress which could cause that. I was just so excited to find out that i was pregnant that I wanted to read as much as a could about what to expect

A. they are all a little different, its all based on what the reader believes. it will vary from book to book
