Q. Some woman who claimed to be rape victim *claimed* that she had been raped, which caused her to get pregnant.
You know what I told her? To stop complaining, because if she simply told her uterus to secrete secretions, then she could have prevented the pregnancy.
The fact that she got pregnant also tells me that she was not legitimately raped.
It was her fault anyways for probably dressing inappropriately.

A. That's what we call Con logic.
Is it ok to eat tuna while you are pregnant?
Q. I know high amounts of mercury are present in tuna, and it should be eaten in very small amounts IF AT ALL while you are pregnant. I have read it is dangerous for the fetus. I want you people's opinions. I have eaten it twice since I've been pregnant, although with my first child I didn't touch it. What is your experience with fish and pregnancy? What facts do you know that you can share with me? Thankyou so much!
A. The packet the nurse gave me said two 6 oz. servings per week is acceptable. Albacore tuna is a no-no though.
The fish REALLY high in mercury are shark, mackeral, swordfish, and other very large fish.
The book...From the Hips actually has a great chart that lays out each type of seafood and where it is ranked in the amount of mercury and PHBs found in each.
*As an added note: Studies show that women who ate fish (including tuna) throughout their pregnancy improves their child's cognitive development.

Can my membranes rupture if my hubbie fingers me?
Q. So as bad as your sex drive can get at the end of pregnancy, the fact that I dont even want it, but try anyways, I had a terrible vision while in the act that made it even worse. Im 29 weeks pregnant and as we were amidst foreplay I thought of, "Is it possible to rupture my amniotic membranes by being fingered?" I know, its a terrible thing to think about amidst the act. But really, is it possible?
A. I would suggest Do not take any chance if you are pregnant. Take utmost care of you and baby during your pregnancy. Foreplay is fine but inserting is not so safe. Consult your Doctor for more info.
Is it possible for a thin girl who has regular heavy periods to be 6 months pregnant?
Q. I'm 5'11 and 113lbs and have been having regular periods for the last 6 months. I experience no other symptoms of pregnancy. The fact that some people can not know they are pregnant until delivery scares me. I'm 17 years and only had sex once (6 months ago)
Due to current situations have not been able to take a pregnancy test. I have not gained anything, maybe 1 or 2 lbs at most over the last 6 mns.

A. The reason you're not having pregnancy symptoms is because you're not pregnant.
You would have gained more weight and noticed significant changes by this point.
