What is the average weight gain for pregnant woman who are 20 weeks?

Q. i am 19 weeks pregnant and i want to know what the average weight gain is for woman who are 20 weeks pregnant. like can someone show me a chart? the first person to actually site a website that i can look at gets 10 PTS!!!!

i am 5'6 or 5'7 and pre preggo weight was 130lbs, now i weigh 140.

A. This is where I went to figure it out:
whattoexpect.com

Look under pregnancy, and they have a tool that's called weight gain tracker. It's really useful! ^_^

Does anyone know of a good pregnancy nutrition tracker?
Q. Before I got pregnant I had a great food tracker on my cell but that was for losing weight. Now I am wondering if anyone knows of a great food tracker for pregnancy? I have an iphone and would like an app I can take everywhere but a website would be very helpful too. I was hoping to find one that set up a diet plan to get all your fruits, veggies and vitamins that you need during pregnancy and what not.

A. the pregnancy diet is in my prengnacy book so im sure you could type that in an find something simialer to what i have

How do I keep from gaining too much weight when pregnant, but still stay healthy for my baby?
Q. I gained an additional 20 lbs with my first and 10 lbs with my second. I am currently exercising and trying to eat well. Any suggestest exercises or foods to eat? Any other suggestions are helpful.

A. If you eat healthy and exercise there is nothing for you to worry about. I gained 12 lbs with my first, 15 lbs with my second and actually lost about 23 lbs with my third, but that's because I wasn't eating right and I put on like 20 lbs before I got pregnant.

I used this one website called Baby Fit during my last pregnancy. They have a nutrition tracker, fitness tracker, and weight tracker. They also have meal plans that help get you good nutritional intake while staying low on empty calories.

If I conceived last Friday morning when's the earliest to do pregnancy test?
Q. My period tracker (calculates since I started tracking in June) states that I am 1 day late BUT it also says my fertile days were the week before last Friday so maybe it's just late for no reason? I did take a pee on a stick last night and it showed negative.

A. If you think you got pregnant on Friday then it is way too early for an at home pregnancy test to show you a positive if in fact you are pregnant.
It could be late for no reason, or you could have made a recent change in your diet, you could be stressed, gained or lost weight..there are many reasons why women are late for periods other than pregnancy. Wait a couple weeks. Or, go to your doctor and get a blood test done because blood tests can pick up the hormone 7-10 days after conception, which is faster than at home pregnancy tests.
