Soreness and bleeding around the vaginal area at 37 weeks pregnant?

Q. I am now 37 weeks pregnant today and lately I've been really sore around the vaginal area, and last night me and my bf had sex and it was kinda painful, now I am bleeding around the vaginal area and still sore. Did anybody have this issue during their late pregnancy???? Any info will be very appreciated. Thanks

A. Hi i'm 36 weeks pregnant and when me and my partner have sex its always painful for me however i have not had any bleeding you might want to ring your midwife and ask about that. its to close to your due date to be just crossing your fingers and hoping nothings wrong. ring and ask for advice no matter how small or stupid you think it is this is your unborn child we're talking about and nothing should be more important than that!! Good Luck xx

Why is B Vitamins and magnesium not to be taken if planning a pregnancy?
Q. I have recently been recommended B Vitamins by my nutritionist but i am planning a pregnancy and the product info suggests that it is NOT to be used if planning a pregnancy. Check out the product on http://shop.biocare.co.uk/templates/product.aspx?ProductGuid=17330

A. That isn't true. B vitamins are extremely good for females - my GP has told me to stay on mine alongside my prenatal vitamins and extra folic acid throughout my pregnancy, and was pleased that I was taking them before I conceived. They help your body to absorb iron more efficiently and help with energy levels as well as providing folic acid as part of any b-complex.

What is the best pregnancy app on market ?
Q. I want to downlaod a pregnancy "tracker" app on my galaxy s samsung phone and there are so many. Id like to find one that helps keep track of my weight or even a separate one for a nutrition guide..any suggestions?

A. I have "babybump" the free version, and I love it. Gives u daily pregnancy tips/info and weekly size and weight and info abour baby. Plus a few images and a place to put weekly bump pics. U can track ur moox and weight if u want. I have a toddler at home so I never remember lol.

Can you have a Linea Nigra and not be pregnant?
Q. I recently noticed a dark line on my girlfriend's stomach. It runs from underneath her belly button down to her pelvic area. I did some research online, and discovered this could be something called a "Linea Nigra," which is common in pregnancy. She however, says that she has had the line since she was a little girl.

Is this possible? Does this always mean pregnancy? Any info?
I'm very nervous.

A. Yes you can have them and not be pregnant. Especially is she has dark hair, dark/olive skin.

Besides, you do not normally develop them until you are visibly pregnant (big bump) so you'd know she was pregnant before you saw a linea nigra.
