Pregnancy tips, for getting pregnant the first time?

Q. Just wondering what tips their are, on getting pregnant for the first time.

Things i need to do ect.

A. 1) Start charting your cervical mucous and basal body temperature. There's a great site that can aide in this that I use; www.fertilityfriend.com .

2) Start taking pre-natal vitamins.

3) Maybe get a check-up with your doctor and let him know you're starting to try. He may have some suggestions also.

4) Eat healthier. Women who are a healthy weight and eat the proper food requirements for their age and weight are more likely to get pregnant quickly.

5) Talk to your hubby and ask him to get on board with you physically. Both of you should stop drinking, smoking and any recreational drugs. He should also engage in healthy eating. This will increase both of your fertility.

6) Have fun! Don't put too much pressure on yourselves if it doesn't happen right away. Enjoy the experience and try not to stress.

Do you know any pregnancy tips that can help me?
Q. Does your stomach growl when your pregnant?

A. When your stomach growls it doesn't mean your pregnant, it means your hungry.

Are you pregnant? Heres a few interesting sites if you have more questions.

what does admits tips during pregnancy?
Q. what does admits tips during pregnancy? I am 31 weeks pregnant and i am encountering contraction every now and then, and my OB told me that i my cervix is in admits tip... im worried what does this mean?

A. The previous answer is correct, but I just want to add that you should NEVER feel intimidated by your doctor's use of clinical lingo. Please be sure to ask what everything means and if it is cause for concern. Those are VALID questions and you are speaking about YOUR body and YOUR baby. You have every right to know what your OB is talking about during every single exam. I don't know why you are having an internal exam at 31 weeks, to be perfectly honest, but your OB deemed it necessary. You still have over two months to deliver; if you have other options available to you, do consider switching to a more sympathetic practitioner or a midwife. It's inexcusable for a doctor to give a piece of info without a follow-up explanation.

What are some tips I can get about Early Pregnancy?
Q. I am feeling really sick to my stomach and I feel that it is because of not being used to being pregnant. I am not sure about different things, and I was wondering if anyone has any tips about pregnancies.

What are some things should I be eating as well, I am only trying to figure things out. I honestly need help.

Please!!!

A. all i can offer is if your feeling sick through morning sickness any time of day try to nibble on bits even if you feel sick force yourself cause hunger makes the feeling worse, i have suffered really bad with this preg am now 8 weeks and have been hospitalised for few days on drip with sickness but its easing off i am pleased to say i had sickness with first up to 16 weeks but was only in mornings there is light at end of tunnel, as for eating they say try to eat healthy but when your feeling like this just eat what you fancy the important things is to get something down ya and keep sipping water or juice dont get dehydrated .

Take folic acid or pronatal tablets from chemist thats all you need as regards to medication if your sickness gets worse see your GP as it will endanger you and your baby if you become dehyrdated.

The second trimester is only round the corner and you will be glowing then so hold on tight!

Good luck with pregnancy.
