Q. I am an active person and would like to continue exercising throughout my pregnancy. I'm looking for suggestions on good pregnancy DVDs that include kegel exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and help prepare for child birth.

What was your pregnancy workout like?
Q. I am 6 weeks pregnant and I have been walking 30 minutes a day or ride the bike at the gym and sometimes swimming in the backyard if im up to it. Also I have been doing squats and lunges with my own body weight. And lots of stretching. I'm just wondering what you have done and how far into your pregnancy did you workout?
A. I stopped playing hockey and kickboxing after I found out (around 9 weeks) and I stopped tennis at about 27 weeks. Went swimming every week until about 3 weeks ago (34 weeks).
